What to Expect at Each Stage
1 Discovery & Brief
We start with a structured discovery session — understanding your business, target audience, existing assets, competitors, and success metrics. I'll send you a brief questionnaire to make this efficient. Expect a clear project proposal within 48 hours of our first meeting.
2 Design & Prototyping
I create initial concepts in Figma — mood boards, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups. You'll review and provide feedback in two dedicated revision rounds before development begins. Nothing moves to code until you're happy with the design.
3 Development
I build with performance and maintainability in mind — clean HTML, CSS, and PHP/JavaScript with no unnecessary bloat. You'll have access to a staging environment throughout so you can review progress in real time.
4 Launch
Before going live, I run full cross-browser and mobile testing, performance checks (Core Web Vitals), and SEO baseline setup. Launch is coordinated with you to minimize downtime and ensure everything is working perfectly from day one.
5 Ongoing Growth
Post-launch, I can set up Google Analytics, Search Console, and conversion tracking. I offer monthly retainer packages for ongoing SEO, content updates, and feature development — or you can take full ownership and run it independently.
